Ms. Yunker's practice focuses on small business counseling and litigation in Washington State, from Jefferson County in the Pacific Northwest, to Clark County in Southwest Washington. She is an experienced trial lawyer with a diversified civil litigation practice, offering such services as small business structuring, contract negotiations and drafting, and business and other tort litigation. She provides representation in arbitration, mediation and trial. She has served as general counsel to two start-up businesses in the Greater Vancouver area. In addition to small business services, Ms. Yunker offers personal injury plaintiff's representation on a select basis.
Ms. Yunker has been licensed since 1996. She has been invited to serve as a Judge Pro Tem for Snohomish County South District Court, and as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Washington. She has been a member of the faculty of National Business Institute, featured in its Personal Injury Litigation Institute for Washington Attorneys, and has authored two texts: Using Direct Examination to Win Your Case, and The Art of Cross Examination (NBI, Inc., Eau Claire, 2003). She has considerable experience as insurance staff counsel, including both defense and subrogation, and has been rigorously trained in commercial suretyship.
Ms. Yunker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seattle University in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Economics.
