HEARSAY, the official newsletter of the Clark County Bar Association, is published twelve times each year. An annual subscription is included in CCBA membership dues. CCBA members may purchase additional, annual subscriptions for $40.00 each. Letters, news items, upcoming events and announcements are welcome. Arcticles by members are accepted. Submissions should be presented in Microsoft Word format and may be edited for length, clarity and style. Submissions by members are published at the editor’s discretion and if space is available. Views expressed in articles represent the author’s opinions, not necessarily the CCBA’s.
