HEARSAY, the official newsletter of the Clark County Bar Association, is published twelve times each year. An annual subscription is included in CCBA membership dues. Articles, letters, news items, and announcments of upcoming events are welcome. Submissions should be presented in Microsoft Word format and may be edited for length, clarity and style. Submissions by members are published at the editor’s discretion and if space is available. Views expressed in articles represent the author’s opinions, not necessarily the CCBA’s.
